Let me introduce myself. I am … well that’s a great question. Who am I? I’m a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister, a pet parent, a school volunteer, a lunchroom supervisor, a friend …
Foremost I’m a crafter, I love to craft things. I guess what I really like doing is figuring out how a craft goes together, then improving upon it. Admittedly not all my crafting ideas work out, but I do learn from these wrong turns.
In the past I have volunteered at my neighbourhood public school teaching art, and I am always telling the students that there are no mistakes in art, only opportunities. Another thing I always tell the students on the very first day of school is that I love, love, love art, and that I hope that my love of art inspires them to be creative beyond what we do within the classroom.
So basically that is me!
I hope that what I share with you inspires you to go out and be creative.
