Okay I have finally taken the plunge, and joined the many other bloggers in the blogoverse.  I welcome you to craftycreator.ca.  A space where creativity can bloom.  Whether you are a crafty person, or not, it is my hope that this site sends you down the garden path of creativity.

Foremost I'm a crafter, I love to craft things. I guess what I really like doing is figuring out how a craft goes together, then improving upon it. Admittedly not all my crafting ideas work out, but I do learn from these wrong turns. I volunteer teach art at my neighbourhood public school, and I am always telling the students that there are no mistakes in art, only opportunities. Another thing I always tell the students on the very first day of school is that I love, love, love art, and that I hope that my love of art inspires them to be creative beyond what we do within the classroom.
